Oma The Label wants you to feel confident and empowered in your pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
